Ate Rewards offers delivery surrounding each of our restaurants. This delivery radius is determined by our delivery partner's DoorDash or Uber Direct and is subject to delivery driver accessibility.
Your $10 birthday reward voucher will be emailed to you on your birthday and can be found under 'offers' located at the bottom section of your app. It is only valid for 30 days. You must have been an Ate Rewards member for 30 days and a subscribed member .
Yes, we do offer multiple brand ordering within the one transaction. This is determined by each restaurant and their brand availability. You can view our locations within the app on the tab "Find us". If a location has more than one brand, this will be represented by each brand's symbol. Alternatively, when ordering, you can scroll between brands in the top bar both within the app and web ordering platform.
If ordering in restaurant, please present the barcode of your 'card' in the app to a staff member to scan. When ordering via the app or placing a web order, the points will be added to your account automatically.
Every time you scan your Ate Rewards membership barcode in restaurant, or transact with the app, you will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. When your points reach 200, we will reward you with a $10 voucher.
When you have earned 200 points, we remove these points automatically and replace them with a $10 voucher. This voucher can be found under "offers" both within the app, or via the drop down "offers" box when transacting within app or web order.
You can redeem an offer by either presenting the promotional coupon to a staff member to scan, or via selecting via the drop down "offers" box when transacting within app or web order. Offer availability is determined by whether it is redeemable in restaurant, via pick up or for delivery orders.

Once an order has been processed it is sent immediately to the restaurant to be made. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed. If your order was scheduled for a future time, it may be possible to cancel it if the restaurant hasn't already started preparing it. In this case, please contact the relevant restaurant to see if cancellation is possible.
